Response to Basel Committee on Banking Supervision’s Consultative Document
This document comments in detail on the consultation launched by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) on the International Framework for Liquidity Risk Measurement Standards and Monitoring, on December 17, 2009. This document specifically addresses the omission of gold from the proposed definition of a high quality asset in the 30 day liquidity coverage ratio and the 50% required stable funding factor applied in the net stable funding ratio
